Choice90Rx®
Choice90Rx is an innovative program that provides consumers who take medication on an ongoing basis the choice of obtaining a 90-day supply either through mail-order fulfillment or at a local retail pharmacy of their choice.
Because MedImpact has been able to negotiate significant discount pricing with retail partners, Choice90Rx provides the flexibility to manage drug spend without implementing a mandatory mail order requirement. It compliments traditional mail order by providing an additional choice in fulfillment channels for consumers to obtain maintenance medications.

Using the Consumer Portal, patients and their families benefit from a unique, collaborative care experience through its private and secure Personal Health Record, Health Team Messaging, and Interactive Health Programs and Services. Data sharing between the Consumer and Professional Portals is accomplished through a permission-based, bi-directional invitation system.

Microsoft HealthVault offers a secure, central repository for individual health data. At no cost to the individual, HealthVault provides a full picture of health information that can include pharmacy, hospital, laboratory, and medical information. With this access, the individual is empowered to share health information with their physicians and others they trust to more effectively manage their health data, and put the information to work with tools and applications to improve their health.
MedImpact supports the integration of health care data by providing individuals online access to their processed prescription claims to help them make more informed decisions.
As a HealthVault solution provider, MedImpact can provide, upon request of the individual, pharmacy data to HealthVault to make it easier for the individual to access their information.
With HealthVault, the individual:
- Controls his/her Microsoft HealthVault record
- Decides what goes into his/her record
- Determines who can see and use his/her information – even in an emergency
